What is the role purpose and how does it support our strategy
Day to day, you’ll:
Be responsible for generating new business for Carlton Forest Renewables nationally to start off with.
Whilst some leads will be passed to you, the ability to self-generate leads is important.
Attending new client meetings with the aim of showcasing Carlton Forest Renewables product.
Develop your new business pipeline and accurately forecasting new wins to the business.
Overcoming customer objections on why customers should choose Carlton Forest Renewables.
Working with our solutions team to deliver credible technical solutions
Champion the client within our business and make sure their needs and wishes are represented.
Build great new business relationships using your industry contacts.
Give sales presentations to high-level executives.
Develop an Account Development Plan (ADP) that highlights potential opportunities.
Achieve high sales targets.
Present up to date sales results reporting against KPIs, MI and account BAU transactional changes.
Full UK Driving License – due to business related travel (national coverage)

Your background will demonstrate:
Solid experience in Business Development in the HVAC and retail air purification sector
Comfortable with self-generating new business opportunities
Be able to deal with rejection and to keep a positive mind set
Experience influencing senior decision makers, including senior management and board level leadership.

Your Qualifications - About your education and qualifications
You’ll really need to know your stuff, which means you’ll need:
To have experience in the sector and high level of knowledge of air flow systems and processes
No formal qualification required
Your regulatory knowledge - Anything specific you need to know
This role doesn’t call for any specific expertise, however, regulatory knowledge of HVAC and Besa would be ideal.

Key Account Manager
JOB PURPOSE
Carlton Forest 3PL operate in a fast moving, rapidly evolving industry sector and our ambitious growth plans, therefore developing and expanding our client portfolio is key to the success of CF3PL.
This is a Key role which ensures that existing clients retain and grow their business with Carlton Forest 3PL by managing the provision of account management services to them and which positions Carlton Forest as an ambitious and growing force within the 3PL sector.

Location: National Coverage (Based in Bawtry)
ROLE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Role Specific:
Work with each client to develop their business and to proactively expand portfolio of services Carlton Forest can provide.
Gain a comprehensive understanding of each client’s individual contractual requirements through the term of their agreement and to plan and prepare for client reviews.
Gather and disseminate information from clients into Carlton Forest in a timely and accurate manner.
Work with the Business Development Manager and the Operational team to recommend and agree strategic growth opportunity plans for clients.
Work with each Client to understand specific requirements for peak/non-peak distribution and to work closely with the operation to communicate projected client activity and operational requirements.
Work with the client, and the Commercial Team to establish opportunities to enhance and continuously improve the client’s operation efficiency and the customer experience.
Expert in understanding primary competitor groups.To develop outputs from clients that measure business impacts from cost and/or service perspective.
Work with the operational team to ensure client forecasts are provided in line with business requirements.
Establish an annual plan for every client, including profit and loss, growth capability, profit margin and new product and services.
Ensure activities and strategy protects and develops the Carlton Forest brand.
Monitor and manage KPI’s for revenue and contract renewal related activities.
Ensure that accurate and relevant MI relating to data volume profiles / service statistics are available to support decision-making.
Monitor all client payment for services and respond to any debt situations as per business requirement.
Form effective relationships with other Commercial Team colleagues and Operational team members.
Ensure that all client related processes are carried out to the required frequency and completed as per business requirements.
Ensure that all client provision services are fully defined and documented in service description documents.
Work with other stakeholders to ensure that all client provision services processes are designed, documented, and embedded within the organisation.
Ensure that all SLAs and KPIs are consistently and reliably met.
Operate within the Carlton Forest Health & Safety Policy, procedure and standards adopting safe working practices in line with current Company procedures and to undertake appropriate training in Health and Safety.
Provide a monthly management report for your client group covering operational performance, service level achievement, service issues and problems, service changes & risks.
Assess the cost impact of any new or changed client services and report the impact of any such changes on the currently agreed budget and forecast.

Multi-Skilled Operator
Reporting Manager - Plant Manager
Start Date - August 2021
Starting Salary - Up to £34k

Job Purpose
Carlton Forest Group’s renewables division is installing the UKs first continuous operation pyrolysis plant at it’s site in Worksop (S81 0TP). The plant produces oil and carbon char from end of life tyres – producing 4mill litres of oil per year and 7500 tonnes of char.
The role requires operating, feeding and maintaining the plant on a 35 day shift pattern to include nights and weekends to serve a 24/7 operation (Shift pattern: 5 on - 4 off - 5 on - 5 off - 4 on - 12 off).
Duties include:
• Monitoring the continuous plant operations via an automated PLC/SCADA
• Carrying out planned maintenance on the pyrolysis machinery and R&D equipment
• Actively work to improve the process
• Carrying out testing and repairs of equipment
• Complete technical data sheets during manufacturing
• Ensuring compliance in relation to Safety, Environmental and operating procedures
• Maintain quality standards and safest working practices
• Arranging delivery of, and feeding the plant with end of life tyres
• Supervisory responsibility on a rotation basis
Necessary Experience:
• Plant operations, observant and uses initiative to prioritise necessary work.
• Experience using some hand tools and most power tools
• Highly organised
• Follow mechanical and electrical drawings

Job Purpose
Reporting into the Head of Operations, you will ensure an effective and safe site operation. You will make sure that effective processes are in place and adhered to at all times, alongside the leadership and development of staff and the warehouse.
In this role you will manage senior level relationships with our warehouse clients and other key internal stakeholders, to ensure we meet our contractual requirements and exceed our client expectations to attract, retain and develop new business.

Report all accidents and incidents and potential hazards to the Shift Manager as soon as possible.
Report any unauthorised persons observed within the warehouse to the Shift Manager or designate.

Maintain housekeeping levels of warehouse and surrounding area.

Job Purpose
You will be responsible for the transportation of goods and pallets around our warehousing sites. The role of a forklift driver involves the following duties: Loading and unloading materials from a variety of vehicles. Moving pallet-packed materials around the site or storage facility.
