The Carlton Forest Board of Directors is entering a new chapter in its history with two strategic promotions ahead of an exciting 2023.
Paul Scanlon, Group Property Director, assumes the role of Chief Operating Officer with incumbent COO, Diane Ward, moving to the role of Deputy CEO.
Paul joined the group in 2021 and has had a pivotal impact on the prosperity of the business including growing and managing the groups property portfolio.
Diane has been a partner in the business for five years and will continue to guide the business strategically to ensure its continued growth and development whilst being an inspirational mentor to the 3PL team having had a prosperous career in the sector.
Mark Pepper, CEO, commented; “These promotions will help to strengthen our Board of Directors as Carlton Forest Group heads into the next exciting chapter of its growth plans.
This dynamic, experienced team will be a great support to Diane and I in the day to day running of the business, delivery of our strategies, and developing our vision to continue to make Carlton Forest Group a business that we are all proud of, and where our team feel valued and fulfilled.”
In addition to these latest promotions, Chief Development Officer, Alex Matthias and Chief Financial Officer, Mark Horobin also hold positions on the Board.

Paul and Diane will commence their new roles with effect from 28th November 2022.
