DIANE TOFT PROMOTED TO HEAD OF CUSTOMER SERVICES AND STOCK CONTROL
Diane Toft, Key Account Manager at Carlton Forest 3PL has been promoted to Head of Customer Services and Stock Control.
Diane, who joined the business a little under a year ago, will now assume the responsibility of co-ordinating all elements of customer service delivery within the business and managing stock accuracy for those customers.
Diane has over 10 years’ experience in the logistics sector and has held previous roles in account management, business development and as Head of Service Delivery.

Diane will work closely with both the sales and operation teams, at all four of the 3PL sites, to ensure customer requirements are continually met and stock levels managed to deliver maximum efficiencies.
