EXPERIENCED RENEWABLES PROFESSIONAL JOINS PIONEERING CARLTON FOREST TEAM
An experienced renewables professional, with over 20 years in the industry has joined the pioneering team at Carlton Forest Renewables, home of the UKs first continuous pyrolysis plant for end-of-life tyres.
Warren Steele, from Doncaster, will assume the role of Business Development Director and will work closely with the team as the technology begins to be rolled out in joint venture agreements in the UK and beyond.
Adam Jones, Chief Commercial Officer commented; “Warren has an extensive skill set in the renewables, waste and recycling sector and combined with his business acumen he will be a great asset to our team as the business begins to grow. We offer him a very warm welcome and look forward to future successes.”
Warren, who has a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Wales in Cardiff, has worked across various waste streams, but was latterly the Managing Director of a large scale, commercial waste processing plant, developing alternative fuels and feedstock for the energy from waste and plastics to oil sectors.
“This is a great opportunity for me to work on one of the most exciting and visionary projects in the UK currently and I am delighted to have joined the team,” said Warren. “Now, as the beginning of full-scale operations draw closer, I’m looking forward to sharing the capabilities of the technology with interested parties and exploring the impact it will have on the end-of-life tyre market across the globe.”
