INVESTING IN OUR PEOPLE; OUR MOST IMPORTANT ASSET

As our team continues to expand, and we offer a greater range of roles within the business, it seemed the right time to make further investments in our human resources arguably our most important asset.

To that end, Linda Woolley has been appointed as Group Human Resources Manager. Linda, a Chartered Fellow CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel Development), will be responsible for establishing the HR function as well as putting in place a People Strategy which coordinates all people activities and supports the Company’s continuous growth.

It’s had enormous growth over recent years with ambitious plans for the future, and I really wanted to work for a company that’s making a positive impact on the environment,” said Linda. “Being able to establish the HR function at such a pivotal time in the company was an opportunity I didn’t want to miss, and I am looking forward to achieving great things together.”
