NEW CRM SYSTEM MAXIMISES CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE AT CARLTON FOREST


Carlton Forest Group continues to execute its strategic five-year growth plan and as a result has invested in a market leading Customer Relationship Management (CRM) from Hubspot.


Designed to support core operational activities such as inbound marketing, sales and customer service, the system focuses on all commercial aspects of the business and will deliver, greater holistic control for all members of the team.
