OUR CEO IS NAMED AS ONE OF TIMES TOP 50 MOST AMBITIOUS BUSINESS LEADERS FOR 2022

Our CEO, Mark Pepper has been named as one of The LDC Most Ambitious Business Leaders for 2022.

Mark has been recognised after beating off over 750 other nominees, a record number proving that ambition is alive and well despite the challenges faced by increasing economic uncertainty.

The programme, which is supported by The Times and now in its fifth year, celebrates the inspiring leaders behind some of the UK’s most successful and fast-growing medium-sized firms.

“I am thrilled to have made the top 50 and for the ambition that I have for Carlton Forest Group and my team to succeed in all that we do,” said Mark. “It has always been about pushing boundaries, challenging perceptions and being determined to succeed. I believe this is what makes British SMEs so successful and why we continue to prosper even when faced with difficult circumstances.”

The business leaders featured in The Top 50 demonstrate resilience, strategic excellence and export success. They operate across a broad range of sectors and are driving growth in every corner of the UK – from Edinburgh to Brighton, and Bath to Norfolk. Collectively, they employ almost 9,500 people and turn over more than £1.2 billion.

The winners will take part in a formal dinner and awards at The Exchange in Birmingham on 12th October, where their success will be recognised.
