PROJECT ENGINEER JOINS OUR RENEWABLES TEAM

Carlton Forest Renewables has appointed a dedicated project engineer as our pyrolysis plant continues its strategic commissioning phase.

Elliot Cox joins the team having worked as a Project Manager within the offshore renewables sector. With an engineering background that has seen him deliver projects for renewables industry leaders, both on and offshore in countries such as Indonesia, Taiwan, Germany, France and Belgium, his experience in renewable technologies will bring even greater skill diversity to the team.

Chris Brown, Chief Renewables Officer, commented; “It’s great to have Elliot on board and to see the difference that he will make as we work with our customers and interested parties to expand our operations.

“With our plant being so specialised in its capabilities, it’s hugely advantageous to have someone who understand the renewables sector, the objectives of delivering projects, and the engineering behind them.”

Elliot has a BEng Honours in Energy Engineering and is used to managing large scale operations and teams to deliver renewable energy projects in a variety of energy streams.

“This is an exciting opportunity to join a company and team with a strong sustainability ethos within a vastly critical sector,” said Elliot. “The team has consistently demonstrated a keen interest in development of employees, creating a positive and progressive environment, and I am delighted to become part of the Renewables team.

“Now, I’m looking forward to helping develop the business, leading implementation projects and expanding the IRR network.”
