One of our team members, Alice Ward, who has been with the business for several years has been promoted to a new role as Group Enforcement Officer.

Alice, who has worked across several departments during her career with the group including several roles within the 3PL division of the business, will assume responsibility for compliance matters within the business as it continues to grow, including its cyber security and accreditation requirements.

“I’m really pleased to have this new role and have the opportunity to shape it to suit the ever-changing needs of the business,” said Alice. “One of the first things I will be working on is to guide the business through the ISO 27001 process to achieve the formal accreditation we deserve.”

The International Standard for Information Security Management Systems encompasses a wide range of aspects, but overall reinforces the credibility of Carlton Forest Group as a reputable supplier which has robust plans in place for things such as business continuity and asset management, giving its customers complete peace of mind.

Mark Pepper, CEO, commented; “Alice has the right skill set to be able to help us achieve this type of high-level accreditation that supports our growth and diversification plans, and to allow us to attract a wider range of clients for our 3PL, warehousing and transport services.”

“I am sure she will excel, and we wish her every success in her new role.”
