TEAM MEMBER RECEIVES NEW YEAR PROMOTION

There is a superb team at Carlton Forest and for one member of staff, the new year has begun with a well-deserved promotion.

John Bower,from Worksop, has been promoted to the role of Head of Operational Transformation for the 3PL division – a new role that is key to the delivery of the groups five-year strategic plan.

John, who has worked for the company for three years, has a diverse operational skill set and will focus primarily on projects that will develop the company further such as continuous improvement and people and process development.

Lisa Tomlinson, Divisional Director 3PL commented; “John is a well-respected and well-liked member of the team whose diligence and tenacity ensures projects make a real difference to the people who work here. It’s great to have him on the 3PL team and I look forward to working with him as we continue to grow our business.”

John commented; “This is a great role that allows me to draw on what I do best; project and people management. It’s a great way to start 2022 and I’m looking forward to achieving great things together.”
